Make content that earns attention instead of chasing it.
How I create, repurpose, and manage content across two businesses.
Content should educate, entertain, and make people feel they belong. Reach is a byproduct, never the goal. Here is how I create, repurpose, and manage content across two businesses with a small team and a lot of AI help.

The content system
The system I use: one raw video a day becomes a post, the post becomes an article, articles become an ebook, the ebook becomes a course, and the course becomes a book. Every piece is rewritten for each audience, rebuilt in each format, and placed on each channel. Nothing gets posted once.
Built in public
Each week: the content we made, where it went, and what it brought in.

Explore the other divisions
Dave DePew Enterprises runs as eleven divisions, each building in public. Here is where the rest of the work lives.
- Business: Getting customers, selling with integrity, keeping members, and running the numbers.
- Engineering: Building an AI workforce you can trust: architecture, honesty systems, governance.
- Security: Keeping the systems, the data, and the agents safe.
- Intelligence: Research, signals, and the insight behind decisions.
- Events: Competitions and events, from planning to results.
- Education: Teaching: the Academy, courses, and coaching.
- Performance: Human performance: training, nutrition, and recovery.
- Robotics: Taking the agents into physical work.
- Games: Games and simulations that teach and entertain.
- Construction: AI for trade and construction businesses.
