Posting is the easy part. The hard part is doing it every day, across every account, while answering every comment and message from people who might become customers. Reach runs the system so you can show up for the content.
What it does today
- Many accounts, one dashboard. We run eleven Instagram accounts across our businesses from Reach, including the main Gegns Gym account and its strength sport accounts.
- Scheduling with approval. Posts are drafted and queued, and nothing goes out until the owner approves it.
- Replies to new leads. When someone new comments or sends a message, Reach answers with the right reply and points them to the next step. Members are recognized, so they never get a sales pitch.
- Event automations. Ask about an event and get the answer for that event: how to register, weigh-in times, spectating and sponsorship.
- Keyword triggers. A keyword in a message or comment sends the matching reply. Run a special, and anyone who types the keyword gets the offer.
- Spam control. Bot comments are hidden automatically.
Where it stands
Reach is in beta on @gegnsgym. We use it every day to run the gym’s Instagram, and we are building it into a full family of creator tools.
