How it works
- It answers from your facts. You give it the approved answers for your business: prices, hours, services and policies. It answers from those and nothing else.
- If it does not know, it says so. A question without an approved answer goes to a person instead of getting a made-up reply.
- It cannot be talked into things. Visitors cannot trick it into changing its rules, inventing discounts or revealing its instructions. Those attempts are refused before they ever reach the AI.
- It moves people to the next step: book a tour, book a consultation, or leave their details.
- A person can take over any conversation at any time.
- Every conversation is saved, so you see what your customers actually ask and can add the answers they need.
Where it stands
AI Chat is in testing at Gegns Gym. We put it through real prospect questions, and when it did not have an approved answer, it tried to fill the gap. So we changed the rule: no approved answer, no AI reply, a person answers instead. That is the standard it has to meet before it talks to anyone’s customers, ours or yours.
